TENANT FIND ONLY SERVICE

A one off fee will be charged; One Month’s Rent + VAT.

This fee is applicable should you let through another agent or find your own tenant whilst we are actively marketing your property.

* Collect first month’s rent and pay to you the landlord with full statement

* Preparing the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and obtaining signatures.
