Site Supervisions on New Homes

Paul Fox have been providing 10 year Structural Warranty Certificates on new dwellings for over 30 years in and around the North Lincolnshire region. Our clients have included many self-build projects for someone with the dream and desire to build their own home and also many local builders.

The Warranty includes a total of 10 stage inspections throughout the period of construction from start to practical completion. Interim Certificates (CML- Council of Mortgage Lenders) can also be provided to your mortgage lender where required. It should be recognised that such Certificates are vital and many Mortgage Lenders request these prior to sale completion.

Fees start from £1500. We also offer a 7 year Structural Warranty Certificate on Barn Conversions
