Matrimonial Valuations

The use of an independent expert to provide a valuation of your shared home or assets (Residential and/or Commercial) is vital for both parties when a long term relationship is coming to an end. This enables you to gain an understanding of the up to date valuation of the property so that you can continue with proceedings. This report is used by the Solicitor’s involved and often by the court when and where required. We are often appointed jointly by both parties and are unbiased in our deliverance of the report, ensuring that we adhere to strict standards and guidelines. Matrimonial Valuations are carried out by Paul Fox MRICS FNEA or Liam Fox MRICS who are both RICS Registered Valuers and Chartered Surveyors.
